Pay as you go FAQ

• When can I use Thread credits?

  We are still putting the finishing touches on Thread credits and will notify you as soon as it's launched.

• Are existing subscriptions going away?

  No, existing subscriptions will continue until they are cancelled by the user. Subscription prices will be increasing when pay-as-you-go launches.

• How long are Thread credits valid?

  Up to 1 year after the launch date or purchase date after launch.

• Will Thread credits auto recharge?

  No, that may be available as a manual setting in the future.

• How are Thread credits charged?

  Thread credits are only deducted the first time the export is downloaded. Subsequent downloads of the same export are not charged. Adding an export does not deduct Thread credits, only accessing the download url or clicking the download button.

• How do I know many Thread credits I have?

  Accessing Conversations Export will prominently show your available Thread credits at the top of the dashboard.

• Can Thread credits be refunded?

  Thread credits are refundable up to 24 hours after purchase.
